I know what it feels like when your home is working against you.

During COVID, like so many of us, my family was suddenly all at home together. My husband was working from home, our daughter was finishing high school from our dining room table, and our house felt deeply unsettled. Everything felt like a struggle — an uphill battle, as though the space itself was resisting us.

A friend suggested I speak to her Feng Shui consultant. I’ll be honest — I was skeptical. But I made the call, and what she said has stayed with me ever since: Feng Shui is simply a way to work with the energy in your space, to bring it back into balance and support the people living in it.

So I had the analysis done. I applied the recommendations. And it was like our house took an enormous deep breath — and exhaled.

Over the following months, things began to shift. Challenges I’d been struggling with for what felt like forever simply resolved. A sense of ease came back into our home that I hadn’t realised was missing.

I was so genuinely transformed by that experience that I trained as a Feng Shui consultant myself — so I could bring that same feeling to other people and their homes. That led me deeper into energy work, and I went on to train as a certified Reiki practitioner too, because I discovered that sometimes it’s not just the space that needs realigning — it’s the person living in it.

Today I work with clients across the US, Europe and Australia, entirely remotely, helping them create homes that support the lives they’re building. Every consultation is deeply personal, rooted in the Traditional Flying Stars method and guided by intuition — because no two homes, and no two people, are ever the same.

Graceful Energy is named for my great-grandmother Grace — and my daughter carries her name too. It felt like the right foundation for work that is, at its heart, about creating homes that nurture the people living in them across every generation.
